Q: Can we use your labels on both regular and wide mouth jar lids?
A: Our
lid labels come in a 2 1/2 inch round label (12 per sheet)for wide
mouth lids, and a 2 inch round label (20 per sheet)that can be applied
to your regular canning jar lids. You have the choice of which
size to order! Both sizes will cover any writing that appears on your
metal lids. We also offer in our Custom Order Department, a new oval
label that is 2 1/2" X 1 3/4" for $ 3.49 per sheet (matte finish), for those special order labels, that are also a peel and stick adhesive label. Back to Top

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: On
all orders, within the continental United States, of $49.99 (any
combination of products) or less there will be a small shipping fee of
$ 3.99 per order. Shipping is FREE on all orders of $50.00 (any
combination of products) or more that are placed, even on custom design
request. Outside of the US (International) there will be a
minimum fee of $7.50 per order for standard delivery. Back to Top
Q: Can I order specially designed labels for the different types of food that I can, or craft jars that I make?
A: LABELS
- You can use our Generic canning labels for specific types of food
that are not offered on our other specialized labels. All you
will need to do is fill in the blanks on the labels as to what the jar
contents are. You can also design your own labels by selecting
one of our many Border labels, which have three different types of
messages that you may choose from. For craft jars, you may place
a custom order using our CUSTOM DESIGN Request Form for
a specific design that you might have in mind, or if you would like for
us to try and design a label for your use, we will be more than happy

Q: What type of guarantee does your company offer if I am not satisfied with my product?
A: We
will offer a 100% money back guarantee on any stock label order that
you place, with the exception of all custom orders (since all of these
orders will be approved by you in advance)! Custom orders are sold as
All Sales Final. All you need to do is return your unused labels, with
your order receipt, and a letter requesting a refund, to our mailing
address: A Lotta Labels, Attn: Returns Dept., 7278 Knightsbridge Lane, Warrenton,
VA. 20187. Upon receipt of your refund request and all unused
labels, we will send you a check in the full amount of your order

Q: What is your privacy policy? How does your company use my e-mail address? I’m concerned about spam.
A: We
don't like spam either! We do not use your e-mail address outside
of our own businesses, A Lotta Labels or Barnes Enterprises. We
only use your addresses for our newsletters and various business
notices and honor all requests to be removed. We do not provide any
other person or business with your e-mail address or any other personal
information that we may have received from you in the course of normal
business. There may be occasions when we may request your permission to
use any comments you might have provided to us in our web site or
newsletter, sometimes comments are used but we keep you anonymous. If
you are receiving spam and would like to reduce it and filter it out,
